We leave to you a fully furnished B&B (with plenty of supplies)! Rental income is already scheduled throughout the year! Enjoy $40k or more annually. Renters book through VRBO or Airbnb. We have 4.9 stars!
You will not be bothered by guests in the house because they are in a separate accessory dwelling unit (ADU). Guests also have their own walkway to the river and their own hot tub. We serve breakfast in a temperature controlled box on the porch. But, if you want less work, you can provide hard boiled eggs and other goodies in the fridge for guests to enjoy as they wish. Don't want to flip it? We know some cleaning people.
Don't want a B&B? That's okay. You can use this as a month-to-month rental, which we did for more than a year. Rents for $1,400 per month in less than 72 hours usually! Don't want a short-term rental? Then use it for a guest house, in-law suite, or maybe even an art studio. The options are endless!
